We offer CNC milling, CNC turning, and complex multi-feature component machining at our Boksburg facility. This covers flat surfaces, slots, pockets, profiles, shafts, bushes, flanges, and complex multi-setup components for defence, mining, industrial, and commercial vehicle applications.
Our general CNC machining tolerance is ±0.01mm. Tighter tolerances are available on request for defence and precision applications. All components are fully dimensionally inspected using precision micrometers, verniers, dial indicators, and gauge blocks before delivery.
We machine mild steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, tool steel, hardened steel, high-strength steel, aluminium, brass, and bronze. Our team can advise on the most suitable material for your specific application, load requirements, and operating environment.
We machine single prototype components with no minimum order quantity, and we also handle medium volume production batches of 500+ parts. Our process and quality standard is identical whether we are machining one component or five hundred.
